We buy your books
Type the ISBN of a book to see what we pay for it. Add the books you want to sell, check out, and we collect them from your door in Metro Vancouver or the Fraser Valley, you bring them to our office in Surrey, BC, or you send them by mail from anywhere in Canada. We pay by Interac e-Transfer.

Type the ISBN, the number printed above the barcode on the back. You see the price in CA$, or that we can't buy that one.
Add it to your order
Add each book you want to sell. Your order shows the total in CA$.
Check out
Make an account, tick the terms and choose a pickup, a drop-off or mail. Pickup is free for orders of the pickup minimum or more.
We collect and pay
We collect the books from your door, you bring them to our office, or you mail them to us. We pay you by Interac e-Transfer, and you get a statement by email.
Questions
How do I sell?
Type the ISBN of a book on this page, or scan its barcode in the Bookfox app. If we can buy it, you see the price in CA$. Add the books you want to sell to your cart, then check out and choose a pickup, a drop-off or mail.
Do I need an account to check a price?
No. You make an account when you check out, or when we ask you to keep checking prices. You can use your email and a password. Apple and Google sign-in are there when they are switched on.
How much will I get?
The price shown for each book. The order total is the sum of those prices.
What books do you buy?
Books in good condition. The price check page shows the full list of what we buy.
How does a pickup work?
Pickup is free for orders of the pickup minimum or more, in Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. You choose a date, and a Bookfox staff member collects the books from the address on your order. We usually pay you the same day. Mail needs an order of CA$10 or more.
My order is under the pickup minimum. Can I still sell?
Yes, for orders of the drop-off minimum or more. Bring the books to our office in Surrey, BC. Book a time on the website or in the app.
Can I send my books by mail?
Yes, from anywhere in Canada, for orders of CA$10 or more. You pay the postage to us and put your order sheet in the box. You choose at checkout what happens to a book we do not buy.
When do I get paid?
We usually pay the same day we check your books, by Interac e-Transfer to the email you gave at checkout. You then receive a statement by email.
What do I need to give you?
Your full name, phone number, Canadian address, email, and the email for your e-Transfer.
